Refund & Delivery Policy

This policy applies to paid digital products sold through Ecom Toolkit India.

1. Delivery

Digital products are delivered manually on WhatsApp or email after payment confirmation. The current live starter toolkit is typically delivered within 24 hours and often much sooner.

2. Free tools

The free browser-based tools on this website do not require payment. This policy applies only to paid digital packs or templates.

3. Refunds after delivery

Because digital files cannot be returned once delivered, payments are generally non-refundable after delivery. If a delivered file is broken, corrupted or materially different from its description, we will fix, replace or refund it as appropriate.

4. Refunds before delivery

If you paid and the file has not yet been delivered, you may request cancellation before delivery for a full refund.

5. License

Purchased files are licensed to the buyer for internal business use. Reselling, redistributing or publicly sharing the files is not allowed.

6. Support

Support requests should be sent on WhatsApp with your payment details and order context.
